Hey, I need some help. I always played myself and 2 more trusted friends, and one day we let other friends in, and as we did not trust them, I downloaded the server map and saved it. Those friends who came from outside, used cheats and did many silly things, so after I banished them. I tried to send my old world to the aternos, which contained 211 MB but, the aternos said that I was not allowed to send worlds larger than 200 mb, so please help me, I want my honest world back .
Can't upload more than 200 MB.

You could try to shrink the size of the world using a tool like mcedit

I have this same problem, but I cannot use MCEdit as I am playing on a snapshot version of Minecraft (18w11a)

MCEdit is not compatible with 1.13 worlds yet.
Also snapshots aren't full tested releases of minecraft. They contain bugs and may brake your world.
Also it might cause other problems, especially with the compatibility to other versions.

Try reinstall that MCEdit then. Or maybe the world got corrupted
