Title says it all, I can't upload my world to aternos due to file size being too big, and I can't delete unneeded chunks due to snapshot.

You can use mcedit to make the map lower

Ohh well. If you cannot make your world smaller then their is no way to upload your world on your server

If you want know why we have such a limit:
I understand the problem you're facing.
Unfortunately I don't have a real solution as the 200MB Limit is not really set by us. 200Mb Limit is set by our web security provider and we are not able to raise it.The only thing what I can recommend you is to delete chunks.
