keep getting disconnected?

    so my friend keeps getting disconnected from my server. her error message is either "disconnected" or "an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host", even though she can log on to other servers. my server is on mo' creatures 1.12.2 and she has the exact same mods I do (I made double sure of this). help ASAP?

    We currently suspect connection problems to our servers in Germany from players from America.

    To solve this problem, we are very dependent on your help. That's the reason for our questions.


    Please try to join this server aft2d.aternos.me (vanilla 1.12.2) and check if you have the same problems there.

    Also a screenshot of the error/kick message in minecraft would be helpful.

    Also we need a so-called traceroute from you.

    Please open a command prompt and enter the following command: tracert walrus.aternos.org

    Also it would be good to know who your internet provider is and where you come from.
