I can't join my server or a friend server

I can not join my server or a friend's server, it always throws me out of the game when it only takes 10 seconds and sometimes it does not let me connect or it disconnects me directly I only have a plugin in my server

Which error message do you get?

Can you make a screenshot?

Also try to join aft2d.aternos.me (vanilla 1.12.2) and see if you have the same problem there.
