Server stuck on 'Starting' "The state engine was in incorrect state CONSTRUCTING and forced into state SERVER_STOPPED. Errors may have been discarded."

So when i try to start my server, i wait through the queue and when i get it starting, it just stops, reading through the logs (https://mclo.gs/cb68Xeg) i seen the error "The state engine was in incorrect state CONSTRUCTING and forced into state SERVER_STOPPED. Errors may have been discarded.".

Please help i want to play on my server.
