Resourcepack does not work(Solved)

As title says my resourcepack does not work

I used this tutorial

It downloads just ok (I checked it in .minecraft folder)

but when i play on my server it isn't working

I used link to file in dropbox and change 0 to 1 at the end

I can't choose it manually and i don't want to shere link so i hide part of it

I put everything in one more folder

Idelete this folder and it works fine and thx for answers
