Server Doesnt Start

Hello Aternos Team , im having issues when start the Server , well basically when the server is ''Starting'' he doesnt open , just keep ''Starting'' then turn Offline , also my Console and Logs when the Server is on Status of ''Starting'' they turn Empty and the Files of Plugins say that are Empty , please help

I use 1.8.7 Spigot and i said on the Thread the Log doesnt appear when is ''Starting''
