My friend was admin abusing and I banned him, now I cant unban him. I ip banned him and tried to /pardon him but it doesn't work

What Ban/Staff Plugins Do You Have?
Try These
/unban (name)
(Goto Console) /Pardon (name)
And Check Your Plugins And See If They Have Custom Unban Codes.

If you ip banned him you have to ip-unban him with /pardon-ip or /unban-ip
