Cant Connect

For Some Reason whenever i try to join my server it says not connected and when i try to join it says server still starting even though its online i connected once and played for a bit it kept timing out so i restarted now i can't join im using the 1.7.10 pack please help ive already spent 6 hours trying to solve this

i can connect some times but it takes forever the same when using the direct connect it says this in the console

no error message when i try to join it says server still starting even though its already online

what do I do?

were already pretty far in the modpack

another thing when i hit start and the queue is done is just says loading for 5-15 minutes then sometimes says offline again

nothing apears
