I made the server about a few hours ago. After a few minutes of playing on it, my friends and I get kicked. It says "Timed Out" for all of us. I go to check the server starter and it says "Stopping". I have repeatedly tried to fix it along with my friends but none of us can figure it out. Would someone be Nice and able to tell me how to fix this problem. It would mean a lot.

How do I fix the world? Do I have to use a new one? If so how do I switch worlds?

Download your world go to playerdata file and delete it after that upload your world and it should work again now

I assume it is a typical 1.13 problem:
Display MoreYou can switch your server safely to 1.13 from our side.
However as you already know minecraft switched the way how it handles worlds.
It may happen that your server performance is much worse than before because minecraft converts the world to the new format while you're playing on the server.
We recommend you to enable the force upgrade mode on https://aternos.org/worlds/ after switching to 1.13 but before starting the server for the first time.
This mode converts the complete world to the new format while your server is starting. This will increase the performance while playing on the server. However if your world is too big it may not complete and you have to go on with the normal converting process.
It may happen that the conversion fails and world data gets lost.
We strongly advise each user who wants to play 1.13 to create a backup on https://aternos.org/backups before switching to the new version.
