No anmails will spawn

So I am trying to make a make a minecraft PE server so I can play with my girl. But we can't spawn any animals and no animals won't spawn. I have in the server for them to spawn, but yet nothing, I am using the server software for Windows 10/PE but never wanting to work with it, I've reset everything and still nothing and I had it set to normal but still nothing.

Maybe the mob-spawning animal-spawning is disable on server options

Make sure that animals are enabled on the options page.

If it still does not work it might be a problem with pocketmine, we have to wait for an update then.
