When I try to start my server it just stays on the starting server screen, I Already checked the server logs please help I had to wait a 700 queue and it didn't even work

Which version are you using? Because I had the same problem with FORGE. And I only had missing dependency mods.

Ahhh, recheck your mods and make sure you have their dependency mods. Because you have to download the mods onto your server one by one, which means you also have to include their dependency mod.
And... also, while it’s stuck on the starting server prompt, you can quickly get on the console and check what errors there were.

what mods are the dependency mods?

There’s a button there named Files. Then go to mods.

Owh, well you didn’t need to put all the files. I just wanted the mods. Anyways, you don’t seem to have any missing mods. How about try running it now..?
And modded servers take longer time to start up than vanilla servers.
