Server Doesn't Start

Whenever I try to start my server it stops almost instantly with 2 error messages

You have some problem on a world which is corrupted. try to download your world and go to its playerdata file and delete it and upload your world again

It doesn't allow me to download the world. I click it and it does nothing.

Multiplayer incompatible fml modded server question

Not able to join my own server. Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 27, size: 5

What are aternos server specs.
