I've played with 2 my friends on server spigot 1.13, we have a lot of lags, and after 20 minutes play it stops.
10 slots, pirate version, no resource packs and plugins.
Server stops after 20 mins with no reason.3 players play on it all time.

1.13 is very bad in performance.
We already try to get the best out of 1.13 to enhance the performance. However we can not do so much because 1.13 is just annoying.
We hope that Mojang releases an update soon which enhances the performance.
