There are items that dont despawn even after half a year, and its not related to 1.13 because it was the same in 1.12, when i am in the area of the items they despawn but im pretty sure that they sould despawn even if i am not in the area. what to do?

Perhaps the server is overloaded. You can ask how many players were playing at that moment and there were plug-ins. I am from Russia.

A nice manual way to clear items is /kill @e[type=Item]
