My sever just says starting and never actually starts please help

I think there might be a problem with the 1.7.10 Forge then right now because I literally just made an account for this website to come report the same problem. At First I thought it was one of my mods I had installed so I uninstalled the ones I had just installed and tried again. It still wouldn't work. I checked the log but the log is empty for some reason. I have literally no clue how to fix this and would really appreciate if someone could help me out here.
