When I launch my server, it says : "starting". Then, like everyone, I wait for the server to start, but it immediately crashes (go to "stopping")

Hello i also have the same issue, this started to occur right when i went to Spigot 1.13.1, once i did that and accepted EULA, the server loads in the queue then says starting, right after starting it stops, i tried going back to the original version i usually used with no problem (Spigot 1.12.1) that also did not work. You can not switch back to 1.12.2 after starting your server once with 1.13.

Ah he said, it sounds like it DOESN'T switch. As I said, I don't really know well the subject.

As I already said, servers started on 1.13 once can't switched back to 1.12.2 without reinstalling the server.
The reasons for that is a new world format of Minecraft.
