World Downloadinig

So I came back to Aternos to grab a few worlds I left after getting a paid server and was going to download the world I was going to use for my new server but it wont download but instead giving me an error [Sorry, an error occured!] and wont download. I've tried restarting the server, deleting plugins, except Multiverse core, and I've tried making a new world, pasting the build into that new world and tried download that world but the same outcome. I really need this build. If anyone could give suggestions or help it would be great! Thanks!
