Hello, if i am not mistaken there is a new thing called "datapack"
my server is on 1.13.1 and i was wondering how i can add some datapacks to my server

see on youtube how to add datapacks to your world after you learned how
download your world
add datapacks
compress your world as zip (i recmmond WinRAR) and make it the best compress with any software
then upload it
if your world after all that is i think above 200MB you can't upload it
