For seemingly no reason, my Aternos server keeps going "back in time"

This started a couple of days ago, for seemingly no reason the server I own and play on with my friends keeps going 'back in time". What's odd is that it's not just a world saving problem, EVERYTHING we've done would just get set back to a couple of days ago, here's an example:

We started the server today, however everything on it was set to what it was yesterday.
All of our progress was set back, all of the plugins we've put have been set back to the ones we had yesterday (even the ones we've added or removed, even the changes we've made to plugins have been set back)
Our server description was also set back.

This is a pretty strange thing that has started happening, I don't really know what would be causing it.

We're running Spigot on 1.13.2 and we're using these plugins:
- Chair stairs
- Trophy heads
- Login Security
- Power Ranks
- Skin Restorer
- Private Chests (This might be causing the problem, we've been getting set back ever since we've added that)
We've also got auto backups on.

Strangely enough, it pretty much only happens overnight.
We all log off at around 11pm, and that's when it happens.
It all goes pretty nice during the day and at around 4pm-ish it rolls back to the previous day.
Is this because of auto backups? My friend deleted them a couple of minutes ago.
