Me and my friends are playing on our server with one plugin or sometimes non and then it kicks us out for some reason. I checked the log/console and it says it cant keep up with the server. How do I fix this

Having the exact same issue. Server just randomly kicks everyone out and shuts down. Been happening for days now. Really annoying and can't seem to find a fix.
