My aternos server is crashing.

Hello, I downloaded mods on my server and it's crashing when im starting it.

Mods: ShoulderSurfing,AutoRegLib,Quark,Aether Legacy,MoVillages,BiomesOPlenty,BlockCraftery,JourneyMap,Backpacks,Bibliocraft,journeymapAPI.
