my server keeps going into peaceful difficulty even though I change it to easy it keeps changing back to peaceful do you know whats going on

Which software are you using

you can change your difficulty in game when you playing on server. with command /difficulty easy /difficulty normal /difficulty hard /difficulty peaceful
(because I use this command to not reinstall server any 5 minutes)
