Minimum render distance

Hello! I plan on using Aternos to host an adventure map called "Assassin of Steve 3." The map is commandblock heavy and the creator recommends a render distance of 9, now i don't see a setting that can allow me to change the render distance but my question is what is the render distance that is put on the server?
