Server starts then crashes/goes offline after finished loading.

Hello, first time on the forums, I have started having this problem with my server. I only have two mods added onto the server (Forge 1.12.2)

It ran once perfectly for about 1 minute then it decided to shut down.

Minecraft comes Alive, and RadixCore.

Use a newer version (1.13+) to load the world or generate a new world.

As in a newer version of Forge or MCA? The highest forge I saw was 1.12.2 Nothing higher than that.
Same with MCA
