I can't upload my world

I have made a world and I have been using it for a mini game. The problem is when I try to upload the world's file doesn't register properly because when I select the choose button it then enters the worlds folder. Is there a way to fix this. I have been going into the data of the save to add things into the world so that might be affecting it.

I forgot it needs to be in a zip.
