So as you can see from the title, when people play on my server it, and it's extremely frustrating... From the console I'm pretty sure that I can tell that plugins I have are causing it.. But I got no idea how to fix it, so heres my log

Install the plugin TuxTwoLib, because it is required by the plugin MultiInv.

1.13.2 is known to be very bad in performance.
Try to switch to papermc on the software page and see if it gets better.

That's interesting. Something makes your server crashing with PaperMC.
You probably have to switch back then.
