So today I tried out the new snapshot and it kept lagging so I set my server back to 1.13.2 and ever since then whenever my server starts it stops about 4 seconds after starting .
Server stops 5 seconds after starting...

Lets say like this... 1.13.x is pretty heavy, and therefore laggy. Then what do you think a snapshot would be? It's even more heavy, and even less optimized.My meaning:
A snapshot is not rly an official release for a reason xD -
No need, snapshots are highly unstable, and there's probably no fix for it. Sry man

Worlds generated/used on snapshots are not compatible with normal releases like 1.13.
You probably need to generate a new world on the worlds page.
