You need a direct link to the texture pack, one that once accesed, will start right away downloading the texture pack, like this one http://download638.mediafire.com/t2pf4zbcs8ng/8kqyd09c069s0en/Animated+Pack+Update+1.zip

mediafire is not supported. Even if you have a direct link of a mediafire download if will probably not work on other computers.
