Loading terrain and Disconnected

I'm having this issue where the screens stays on "Loading terrain" for about 10-30 seconds and then i get disconnected from my server, my friends are not having this problem and are playing fine on the server. I already had this problem a lot of times but i just kept re-connecting and sometime it would connect normally but now it has passed 2 days and i was not able to join the server.

I already tried turning firewall off and didn't helped.

Yes i'm running 1.13.2, and i don't want to change back to 1.12.2 because we already have a lot of stuff built with 1.13 items, maybe 1.14 is going to be more optimized and could fix this issue?

So, i uploaded the world to another server and i was able to connect, but i had to delete the nether and the end since the file size was already 200+ mb. I tried to use mcedit to delete some useless chunks but i was not able to get it working, it just crashed every time i loaded the save.

My game already has 4gb allocated. My friend doesn't have even 500mb allocated and he's playing fine...
