On my vanilla minecraft server that my friends and I play on, for some reason, we are now unable to use nether portals. This has become a large issue for the server, especially because we were just starting work on a nether hub. Every time that we stand in a portal, it takes a few seconds for the portal to load, and the wooshing sound is made, as if we just jumped onto the other side of the portal. However, the portal does not actually take us through the nether, despite testing multiple portals and trying to break and re-ignite it. Is there any way to fix this?

I belive there is a plugin that Fixes that go to software and change it to bukkit and try this plugin https://aternos.org/addons/a/bukkit/directportals
