My account doesn't have a files tab?

So I am trying to edit a couple of settings on my pixelmon server (primarily how many apricorns can go in one area) but in order to do that i need to configure it but I can't find the files or plugin folder for my server as shown in almost all help videos and forums. To show you what I mean I included some pictures. As seen on the left hand side of the first picture, I don't have either of the files or plugins folders and the second picture shows how I found a link to the files folder but I can't access it. Please help im so confused.
