Username doesn't exist.

Hello, I'd like to ask if anyone could help my get my server back. It hasn't been deleted, or seemingly removed (I've had people who play with me check their server list to see that it's still there but offline), but the account seems to not exist yet the server is still there. When trying to get into the account, even with all my passwords, it doesn't work.

I use Aternos alot, I have multiple servers (4-5 normal, 3 modpack) and I'm very curious on why my specific Sky Factory 4 4.03 server's account is seemingly gone. Me and my friends have made alot of progress in the modpack, and we'd hate to lose how far we've gone.

If anyone who can fix this/knows what happened could respond, it'd be great.

Do you have a contact I can send it to? I don't want to post the IP here in fear of other people joining and griefing the world which we've worked so hard on.
(There's a low chance of random people joining and a low chance of them griefing, but if I do find out how to access the server's account again I wouldn't like to have it happening.)
