Server stops every time

Hi,

every time i start my server it stops few minutes after it loads.

Everytime it says "Cant keep up, is server overloaded" ?

Only plugin I have is essentials.

Spigot 1.14

Yes i know that, but the server will keep stopping because of "overload" ?
I had MC server on my VMWare machine running for days, it also had overload error, but never stopped because of that.
