Hello,
Render distance on my server used to be normal, but when i changed to Spigot basicclly i can only see 5 chunks infront. Its very not appealing to eyes and not good. How can I fix it?

The render distance is generally reduced on 1.14 servers to enhance the performance.

When is it going to be increased? Its too low for real. Make it at least 8 chunks

There are currently no plans to increase the render distance for 1.14 servers.
As I said above this is to compensate one step to compensate the very very bad performance on the newer minecraft versions.

the improvements mentioned are client sided. General performance might be better tho.
