My World Has Been Deleted?

Last night my friends and I were playing on our Aternos server. We made houses, we played a lot, we mined, etc., and at 2 AM me and my friends logged off and I made a backup of the server in my google drive. I can clearly see that I made a backup, as I can see the backup in the "Backups" tab in the Aternos menu and I can see the time when it was created. However, I logged on today and everything we created and worked on is gone! I tried to restore the backup I made by clicking on the orange refresh icon (which did work) but everything we made was STILL gone! I know I made a backup, so why is our entire world gone?! We spent a lot of time making everything in Survival and I'm really sad that everything is gone, can anyone help me get my world back?

Trebornella. Also, it's not an issue any more as we have restarted the world and have gotten back to where we were before. While I'm very confused as to why that happened, we'll be fine now.
