Lost a whole day of world data

Today, my server randomly went offline and I think it is due to a website issue. When the site was back up, our server was reset to how it was about 24-36 hours ago, and me and my friends lost a lot of progress made (the server is still new, so we were grinding pretty hard) and this is really bumming us out. We will probably choose a different server platform if this cannot be resolved.
