It's not possible to restore data if you did not enable backups.

A (currently unknown) network issue caused all connections to fail leading to everybody (12 thousand players) leaving their servers. Therefore our system tried to shut down more than 6 thousand servers roughly at the same time leading to failures in our storage system. We can't bring those worlds back, we can only apologize and explain what happened.
