Okay so, when I try to connect to my server, it tells me that I'm not whitelisted, even though I tried both through the console with the command AND using the web interface.
Is there anything I'm missing ? I could really use a hand

Can you share the console output with us.

it's was in the morning by son (FeurigerPanda). and we can't change gamemode.
also we can't build

Oh. Then you must have op on your server. Type in https://aternos.org/console: "op <your_name>"
And if he is not in whitelist, try use command "/whitelist add FeurigerPanda"

und welches? hatte letztens noch alles funktioniert

Das kann ich dir auch nicht sagen. Ich kenne leider nicht alle Plugins auf dieser Welt und weiß auch nicht welche, was und weshalb blockieren.
Du kannst versuchen Plugin für Plugin zu entfernen und dann zu sehen wann es wieder funktioniert, dann weißt du welches Plugin schuld ist.
Alternativ kannst du versuchen dir die spigotmc/bukkit Seiten deiner Plugins oder auch die Konfigurationen anzusehen und so herauszufinden welches der Verursacher ist

danke roman,
dachte, man sieht es aus dem log, welches plugin das verursacht. wie gesagt, hatte letztens noch einwandfrei funktioneirt. heute wollte sohn wieder spielen, und es ging leider nicht.
