Adding a server mod to Aternos that is not that well-known (SERVER FILES)

So I've been trying to find a way to add this simple mod to my 1.14 SMP

All I really need to do is mess with the server files themselves but seeing as how there is no option for that and the mod isn't available in the aternos site, how can I add these to my server?

You can access the files in the config folder, but not other files.
