friend can't connect to server (even with dyn ip)

So my friend tried to connect to my server, but she is unable to.

The message that pops up is either 'unknown host' or 'can't resolve host name'.

Why is this happening? She tried both ip and dyn ip it says the same thing.

But i'm able to log in perfectly.

We're both on cracked versions, so i have turned on "cracked" from the options as well.

I have searched a lot on web but there's no mention of this happening.

Please help and thanks.

Oh also both our versions are 1.14.2

okay, the issue is solved. Her internet connection was problematic. sorry to bother!
