Not whitelised

So i can't connect to my server (not whitelisted). I whitelisted my name, but that didn't work (i actually was already whitelisted).
When i disable the whitelist and i connect, i have an alex skin and nothing in my inventory, spawning at spawn. Not sure how to resolve this problem. In singleplayer i have my skin active, so i don't know what the problem is.

Also tested going to another server and there i had me skin (aka i was macwizard and not alex)

well it's not the skin that troubles me. I have a minecraft account (so not cracked) but i don't have my inventory stuff etc. what's aternos username (the name of my host account?)
it's like the server doesn't recognize my account anymore and thinks i'm a different macwizard -_-
When i disable the whitelist and come online i have basic skin and no inventory, no advancements, etc. The server says in the log "macwizard has logged in". So for some reason it reads my account as a 2nd macwizard and not the original. (Hope i'm not confusing you, but it just is).

Also macwizard (original with all stuff) is whitelisted. I'm not sure what's wrong.

That did indeed seem to resolve the problem. Now i got a second question if you wouldn't mind:
Is it possible to allow cracked players on? There a friend of mine who wants to join, but i said he could do cracked. He is willing to buy an account if it doesn't work tough.
