I've started a Minecraft server hosted by Aternos. However, I am experiencing a problem with configuring the server settings. This issue relates to the use of the whitelist system.
Whitelist has been activated on my server as it is a semi-private server. I would like to add the names of players to the whitelist, and have tried doing so multiple times. This is where I experience problems.
The whitelist does not save the names of players I have inputted into the list. I have confirmed that I tried to add it to the list, pressing the checkmark button to save the player to the whitelist. It displays the players as being added to the whitelist. However, this updated whitelist does not save for the server. If I was to refresh the list in any way (i.e. pressing the refresh button on my browser, navigating to another section of the website and navigating back to the whitelist via the Players section), it would not display the player names I have added to the server correctly. None of the players would be displayed except for the last one I added, or the most recent player name I have added. This only occurs within the whitelist system; the operator system functions correctly as player names are saved.
I am using the Bedrock Vanilla v1.11.4.2 software for my server and have generated a flat world (or so I believe). I am confused as to why these issues are occurring, and wonder if I am doing something wrong or if there is legitimately an error in the system.
I would love to garner any assistance in resolving this issue as I really want to have my own functioning Bedrock server with a whitelist without any fee (in this case, under the host of Aternos). I would also like to resolve this problem as fast as possible so I can restart my server again and play with my friends in Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. Any support for me and/or my server will be greatly appreciated.
