We reduced the render distance on 1.14 servers to enhance the performance.
but it was ok on 1.14.2, and after update it just impossible to play.

It's really unplayable. World is loaded on 4 chunks maybe or somethins about. And it doesn't even load as fast as it should.
I actually have fixed this problem. Try using "PAPER SPIGOT/BUKKIT" and it will automatically set a minimal render distance for the server. Hope this helps
