Server won’t work

My server will not let me join when I start it. My IP address and Port are correct. I think it may have to do with the plugins I added, but I do not know how to fix it if that is the case.

It had worked before. Then I tried again later and it didn’t let me on. Tried again, and it brought me on (I think) but it was weird like I was in a portal but then it crashed and said “unable to connect”. Now it just says “unable to connect” when I try to join. Some please help me.

I have removed the plugins and it worked, but it is doing it again and will not let me join.

Yes, I did add some of the plugins again. But after I deleted them once more, it still would not let me connect to my server.

I’d figured out I could still get on my server using the dyn IP, so it probably didn’t have anything to do with the plugins. But now that my Minecraft app is updated, my server will not let me on it again saying that the server is outdated.
