Heavy lags on server since last friday on SkyFactory 4

So as the title says, me and my friend are playing Skyfactory 4 and since friday there is a lot of lag in the server and we keep getting disconnected for no reason at all, it just happens on random times. Our ping to the server before we enter is 240~ and after we enter on the server is like 1000ms.

And I don't know if the file options on the server is disabled or not, because I just can't see my server files on the main page, please help

I forgot to mention that the error that we get when we are disconnected is: forcibly closed by the remote host.
