RedStone Doesnt Work

Nothing Of Redstone works in my world/server, is there anything I can do to enable redstone. Everytime I place down redstone, block of redstone, etc. it places down but instantly despawns.

My Server Is Bedrock Edition v1.12 and my PocketMine Is 3.9.2

There isn't an option in the Options menu for command blocks to be turned on or off like there used to be . The Max Players is 672.

as i know pocketmine does not support redstone things and tnt and command blocks

When do u think they will because I need to protect my spawn but I can't since I can not use command blocks.
