When I try to start a server with 4 mods installed it goes fine and says its online. When I want to connect it tells me that I need to use de Dyn IP and when i do that it tells me : Server Closed. This is the log https://pastebin.com/fZMkrkyU

I have forge on the server.
I Installed these mods on my pc , the same version.
What can I do ?
