Server Freezing

I Need help, When ever my bro joins (this is tested) the server just freezes, commands dont work, it kicks you after 10 seconds, it continues to say the server is still on and it says that everyone that was on before the freeze is still on.Unless i stop it or restart it, it happens every time my bro comes on.The server is 1.14.4 and has worldedit.

In Aternos, try to reinstall your server in https://aternos.org/options.

Get the world you put in singleplayer ("saves" folder in %appdata%) and upload into aternos.

i tried re-uploading the world before but the world file is too big, i never tried reinstalling the server but the world file would still have too much space.

Are there any files that are okay to get rid of? i run a creative server so maybe i could get rid of advancements?
(future edited) Wait can i make a backup rn, reinstall the server and upload the backup?

i tried the backup thing and it worked but my bro still couldnt join
