Hi,
So we have a server that a bunch of friends play on and earlier today we logged off so the server went offline and about 30 min ago we came back and it is saying the "You are not whitelisted!" to everyone even though they are on the whitelist. To fix this we went and removed the name and re-entered it and upon logging in all of our XP and items are gone and none of our skins are showing on the server despite showing on other servers. Looking into the logs something was mention of a "offline mode" being on as well. We're really not sure what to do here and could use some help. Thanks.
